Money:
Nz dollar, exchange rate approximately
0,75 us Dollars. Visa/maestro/mastercard and traveler cheques
are accepted.
Travel/traffic: They drive left in New Zealand and
you got to be 21 years old to drive.
Vaccinations: You don't require any
vaccinations when you go to New Zealand. However,
always ask advice from your doctor.
Drinking Water: You don't need bottles of water.
Mind that you can't drink from the rivers and streams because of
certain parasites that live there.
Customs: You will need a passport which won't
expire for another 3 months. You also have to prove that you
have $1000 Nzl which you can do with cash or a credit card.

Smoking: You can't smoke in restaurants, pubs, bars and
most of the hotel rooms.
Visa's: You can
find application forms with travel agents, embassy's or the New
Zealand immigration service (www.immigration.govt.nz).
Visa's cost nz $ 120 to process. Australian citizens and UK citizens
don't need a visa. Then there are agreements with 47 other states
which include Germany, Japan, Canada, France, the
Netherlands, Ireland and the USA.

you have to put +64 first. When you call internationally from New

Healthcare: Healthcare in New Zealand is comparable to
the Western standards. Some hotels have their own doctors as well.
